PURPOSE
To define the procedure to obtain Ethanol/Ethyl Alcohol (Reagent
Grade/Denatured)
POLICY
Procurement of Ethanol/Ethyl Alcohol requires special approval.
The program shall be administered by the Alcohol Officer.
PROCEDURE
Any department requesting Ethanol/Ethyl alcohol, must submit a requisition to the Environmental Health and Safety Department for approval by the Alcohol Officer.
Purchasing may then place a purchase order.
